Do you want to be an official frostitute? Perfect our signature swirl? The first company to bring cupcakes to Seattle is looking for a GREAT froster to add to our West Seattle team! We have been serving up Stumptown espresso and award-winning cupcakes for 8 years. Our 5 stores are located in some of Seattle’s BEST neighborhoods: Ballard, West Seattle, Capitol Hill, Bellevue, 108 pine and Madrona.

Position description

As a froster for Cupcake Royale, your first priority is to live our values! We want a person who is fanatic about quality, contributes to our positive culture, and promotes creativity, productivity and teamwork! This person will need to have open availability, be able to work early morning shifts and have prior cake-decorating experience.

What we offer:

Medical insurance for all employees who work 28+ a week after 90 days

Dental and Vision for all employees who work 20+ hours after 90 days

Week of paid vacation after 1 year

General duties include, but not limited to:

Frosting and decorating all cupcakes to Cupcake Royale standard

Following written and verbal instructions

Being detail oriented; producing only quality products

Being available to work early morning (position starts at 5:30 am)

Having great communication and problem solving skills

Working independently as well as with a team

Additional Job Requirements:

Prior cake decorating experience is a plus

Time management/priority setting

Quality control and safety standards; Washington State Food Handler’s Permit

Able to work an 8 hour shift

Able to lift 50 pounds consecutively
