Details: JUNE 28th – JULY 28th 2021 / Paid after 90 Days Employment / for all Deli positions at PCC Community Markets
Pay: $18.85+/hour, depending on experience
Overview:
Cooks create fresh and delicious prepared foods for customers for the deli case, hot bar, soup bar and other deli stations in accordance with PCC recipes. They connect with our customers through our shared values and love of food and provide excellent, professional customer service.

-Produces prepared foods in accordance with PCC recipes
-Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
-Follows department safe food handling procedures
-Follows department merchandising standards and procedures
-Performs packaging duties
-May be in charge of production tasks
-May oversee other kitchen staff as assigned
-Participates in recipe development and recipe costing
-May perform ordering responsibilitiesQualifications and Skills:
-Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service
-Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
-2+ years previous production cooking experience preferred
-Able to work in a fast pace kitchen environment
-Familiarity with specialty and prepared foods
-Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40lbs regularly
-Must be at least 18 years of age -
