    Hi folks,

    We’re thinking of adding on and would welcome some recommendations for contractors that you may have had do this work for you, or someone you know.

    not exactly what you are asking for but I came up with a slightly new twist on adding a second story that kept my existing ceiling intact (making life much simpler).

    We worked from architectural plans and hired Ed Novion, IHS Contractors, to do foundation, addition and add to second story (Kitchen, bath, bedroom). We couldn’t recommend him more highly. 551-5161.

    Quality work, no drama, fair in expenses.

    Hi DavidF! Your team is working up the street. I haven’t seen what’s going on inside, but the exterior looks good. Six houses up I can’t hear any swearing. I hope it all goes smoothly. You’re working for a very nice couple of people.

    We didn’t have a 2nd story addition but we had some extensive work done to our basement by Ventana construction a couple of years ago… since then I’ve seen them do tear down and start over … and some of my friends have used them for some extensive work – VERY HIGHLY recommended! They do great work, are nice to work with, and they are honest and dependable!
