We are looking for a part time retail associate to join our team at Click! Please read through the details of the position before reaching out. Thanks!

The Job:

• Responsible for sales and customer service in an energetic retail store and gallery setting.

• Customer service is the main focus: welcoming customers into the store while creating an upbeat and positive store environment.

• Process credit card and cash transactions using a POS system ensuring accuracy of the inventory and POS systems.

• Replenish products, and keep the store looking clean and displays fresh.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards including signage, fixtures and product merchandising.

• Maintain a safe and clean retail store work environment and ensure proper working of all fixtures, systems, and equipment.

• Assist with special store/gallery events as needed. Assist all departments as necessary.

• Communicate clearly with store manager.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge by asking questions and doing research.

• Maintain brand identity and integrity.

• Be able to perform all store opening and closing duties.

The Person We’re Looking For Must Have:

• 1 -2 years of previous customer service experience in a (preferably) specialty / boutique setting.

• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, friendly, upbeat, helpful demeanor.

• Ability to operate an electronic point of sale system.

• Cash-handling skills.

The Person We’re Looking For Must Be:

• Creative, self-motivated, assertive and takes initiative, dependable, trustworthy and consistent.

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time while on the floor.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Interested in art and design.
