wakefloodParticipantWouldn’t surprise me. I’m getting to the point where I’m losing track of which accounts go to which debit cards – as I’ve had 4 hacking events on 3 accounts, requiring new cards being issued on each. Yup, 12 new cards in the last 3 months.

beaglenutMemberMight be time to withdraw my savings and stuff them in the furnature. My account got compromised last month. A $400 charge from Poland. Got them to cancel it then the merchant apparently sent them “supporting documentation”… Still waiting to hear back and provide my own “documentation”…..

wakefloodParticipantNice, huh? It’s past ridiculous. One of my “funnest” recent interactions was the day that Target asked EVERYONE if they wanted a new special Target debit account with an opening discount. (I was a victim of the earlier hack.)
I interrupted the girl at the register before she had to give me the schpeil and asked her if the new accounts were pre-hacked or if that feature was extra?
She chuckled.

SueParticipantI just got in without a problem, but I only have a credit card with them, not a savings and/or checking account. Wonder if that makes a difference?

B-squaredParticipantLooks like a lot of people have noticed this:
i had to go out to my parents house as dad was having difficulty getting into the Chase site. The message was saying that he needed to contact his ISP which didn’t make sense to me as he could get into other sites. He even went to a Chase branch and they assured him it was not on their end. After i discovered the website above, I called Chase and they admitted there site is having trouble and they are working on it.
