What is going on witht he lines that have been placed along Calif ave from the junction to admiral. Pray god they are not going to have bike lanes and no parking????????
They’ve just been striping to go with the new sharrows. Solid lines inbetween intersections, broken lines at the intersections. — TR
Is this for bikes? is there some way they are going to let people know what this means ?????
The city explained it when they started painting them more than a year ago:

Here’s the current city webpage re: sharrows. The line is to separate “shared travel” (bikes/vehicles) lane from parking lane.
