COFFEE and FOOD experience

Strong work ethic/timeliness/be self-motivating
Attention to detail and interest in creating perfection
Knowledge of all SCKHD requirements
Ability to “see the big picture”
Strong organizational skills, even stronger communication skills
Ability to manage yourself and (minimally) a staff of 6
Experience with pars, inventory, weekly orders, scheduling-all parameters of daily operations
