Best WS Realtor? Still Scott Monroe.

We found Scott Monroe while searching on WS Blog for “Best realtor in WS”. We more than agree.
Selling our home with Scott was an amazingly fast process, we had an offer within hours of listing our home,but his efforts went above and beyond the sale.
Our experience with Scott and his associate broker, Molly Kemper, exceeded our expectations by far. From our first meeting, to staging, to listing, they were reassuring voices over the phone when problems arose and helping hands with all the details too. And though he had nothing to do with said problems Scott was willing to jump in and help work things out by phoning an associate for advice or calling in a favor. Whatever we needed for this deal, Scott made happen to the best of his ability and he and Molly were always there to answer questions and offer advice with our concerns. Admittedly we can be high maintenance clients at times and we were both always received with kindness and patience regardless of the importance of the issue. (Even pillow sham emergencies,for example) :)
Scott also helped us buy our present home and on both the buy and sell, the expertise he has in real estate was invaluable and we appreciate how he and Molly treated us not just as very valued clients, but as friends. We know this is not a unique experience. It’s how he is and does business. It made a couple of stressful life changes and huge business transactions for us a more pleasant experience.
We were lucky to have them by our side and happily recommend Scott to anyone inside or outside WS.
