Beginner’s Tai Chi
Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Also, Senior Tai Chi at the West Seattle Senior Center will resume this Thursday at 2pm. No pre-registration required. Sign up at the West Seattle Senior Center.
Morning Yang Tai Chi at the Center for Movement and Healing also returns this Tuesday. Beginner’s packages of your first 4 classes are discounted for the month of January.

PangolinPieParticipantI would so much LOVE to take the Tai Chi class but there’s no way…getting off work in SLU at 5pm and getting home by 5:30 is impossible. If you ever reconsider pushing it back by an hour, I’m there!

vbrumbaughParticipantHi PangolinPie, There are other options in the International District in the evenings that might work better for your schedule. Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm. There is also a morning class on Capitol Hill at 8:45am on Mondays and Wednesdays. feel free to call me if you have any questions. Viola
