It has been brought to my attention that Internet Explorer users experience some annoying popups when downloading the calendar off the web site. Therefore I’ve moved the calendars to Dropbox, where no such nonsense occurs.
The screen calendar has the months in the standard chronological sequence. It’s much easier to peruse on-screen than the crazily-ordered printable version:

The printable calendar is designed to be printed duplexed along the short (top) edge onto legal-sized (8.5×14-inch) paper, then folded in half and stapled in the crease. You’ll need three sheets of paper. I’d recommend card stock for best results:
