don’t everyone yell at me…my rant is people who don’t pay attention to the heading that they’re posting under in these forums. Political stuff in Recommendations, etc.etc. Wish there was a way that we could move things to the right place, but only TR can do that. So…heads up when you’re posting. There’s already a wrong one in the new Freebies, etc . topic…
Maybe on the “Add New” page, the drop down menu for “Pick a Section” can be at the top of the page – first thing you have to do – rather than at the bottom?
I already made that suggestion to lowmanbeach, but she said they’re having some technical issues, and apparently the placement of that box isn’t such an easy thing to change as you might think.
Believe me, this bugs the heck out of me too, since I read the forums mostly via RSS feed.
I think that’s part of the problem too, hopey, because to those who don’t use RSS, it’s barely noticable…doesn’t make it top of mind. I’m sure there will be some new options after the upgrade.
I suggest until this can be fixed somehow, please go to the Forums page, and notice that the list of Sections comes first. So…go to the section first, and then place your post or comment…k?
