JenVMemberAnyone else been having issue with the freshness and quality of AmazonFresh produce? I have. I have brought it to the attention of customer service, and received a refund, but this is all becoming a giant pain in the rear – and it’s making me not want to order groceries from them any more. Has anyone else had any issues? I have had to throw away two artichokes, some celery and carrots, and a clamshell of grape tomatoes.

mayjuneMemberI’ve never had to throw any out, but I’ll admit I’ve had some of a slightly lesser freshness/ripeness quality than I would have picked out myself at the grocery store. But I haven’t had any that would make me stop ordering their produce.

CreightonMemberI’ve had nothing but good results from them. the produce has been what I expected and at times much better than I expected. This was not the case when I tried Safeway’s online delivery service a while back. They pack and deliver in the same day, I wonder if something happened with one of their suppliers that cascaded downhill?

ellenaterMemberJen,
I don’t usually order the ones you did but the ones I do order have been fine. Some of the other food items, on the other hand, have been off. I received some stale bread and some stale chocolate. Stale chocolate! I still love and use them but they are very often out of what I want and they still haven’t ordered what I requested-basic items. So, hmmmm. They better get their sh*t together.

JenVMemberHuh. Maybe I have just had a run of bad luck. this is nothing against their customer service – they are spot on whenever I have an issue. Oh well. I think I might try the regular store again for awhile.
ellenater, stale chocolate is a crime.
