I’ve seen threads on the forum about pants alterations, but I wanted to specifically ask for a recommendation on fancy dress alterations. I’m heading “back east” for a not-quite-black-tie wedding, and therefore need to get out of my Northwest Casual comfort zone and into a fancy dress. I found one I like, but of course it needs a little tweaking. I want to be sure I take this dress in to someone who can perform the alterations expertly. Thanks in advance for the help!
