frankwallaceMemberI have been a member here at All-star for 4 years and I enjoy working out there however I have been extremely frustrated for the past few months with their phones. When I have called in to get information about a class or swim times I get a busy signal and this will go on for hours, sometimes even multiple days. I can’t get through!!! I even had referred a friend to the gym and when they had called to get information the phone was disconnected, and she asked if the gym was out of business. This makes me wonder are they not paying their phone bill, should I be concerned? Or is it just service related? What ever the case may be I highly suggest they fix this simple problem. I don’t know how you could successfully run a business with these types of issues going on, especially in a gym of this caliber. I sincerely hope it is a service issue and not a financial one so that I can continue to workout here.

BonnieParticipantDid you talk to them about the problem?

frankwallaceMemberI did talk to management twice about this and they said they had to talk to the owner and “upper management” in order to get anything done about it! It has been over a month and it was just last week that my friend tried to call and it was disconnected.

specialeditionsstudioMemberIt has been an ongoing problem with the phone provider, XO Communications. If you think it has been difficult for you imagine what it from the other side when we have 4 clubs to communicate with throughout the day. Your patience is appreciated.

BonnieParticipantYears ago we were having lots of phone issues. I guess the phone box (or whatever it was) down the street was overloaded and our phone was the one that was having problems. Half the time we didn’t get a dial tone, people would try to call us and get a fast busy. It took a long time to fix.
