Large one bedroom, one bath apt in small, dog-friendly apartment building. Secure building; this is the only apt on the first floor, so no noisy neighbors! Building is on the older side, but water always heats quickly; everything works great! There is a secure courtyard in the back for easy dog walks on rainy days.

Laundry on-site. No dishwasher, but has garbage disposal! W/S/G are $45 per month. $500 deposit, $150 pet deposit. Can pay for garage parking, but street parking is usually readily available right out front. Move-in is somewhat flexible, preferably Feb. 15-20th.

Apartment managers are SUPER easy to work with. You can do a six-month (then switches automatically to month-to-month) lease or you can start with a month-month for a little more money.
