LOL I realized that when I got home 3-4 hour after posting here and on Craigslist and my email was on fire. For a fleeting moment I thought “whoops, need to pull the listing and charge more” but that didn’t seem very appropriate or ethical. I am just glad a WSB member got to me first, because the people here have been very kind and have given me so much. So it’s a win win
