    Hi everyone,

I recently noticed a few cracks in the concrete around my home. At first, they were pretty small, so I didn’t think much of them. But over the last few months, one of the cracks seems to have become wider, and now I’m starting to wonder whether it could turn into a bigger problem.

I’m not sure if this is normal concrete cracking due to age and weather or something that needs professional repair. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue?

We’ve had the same problem of non-payment of rent by Dwellings. Our problem started two months ago and we have changed management companies. I think Dwellings has modified their business plan from a 9% management fee to a 100% management fee.

American Immersion Theater (AIT) is the nation’s most popular immersive theater company. AIT proudly performs hundreds of shows each year, split between its different brands: The Murder Mystery Company, The Superhero Experience, The Princess Party Co., and Famous For A Day, although the majority of performances will always come from The Murder Mystery Company.

At American Immersion Theater, we work with talented individuals who are passionate about play! Our actors focus on performances that prioritize interacting as much as acting by utilizing our immersive theater method. This type of training combines ad-libbing skills and audience participation with traditional scripted acting. Our culture is creative, inclusive, and community-oriented.

As we celebrate more than two decades of immersive theater, we are expanding into new areas and need passionate people to become part of our story. We look for leaders who want to change the world through theater. Teachers who have a high interest in crafting the art of performance while encouraging a friendly environment for our actors.

Planning on driving straight through to Boise. Google says 8 hours via I90 and 9 1/2 via Portland/I84. Would be in Portland area @9:30 so hopefully rush hour would be winding down. If Its scenic don’t mind the extra time on the road.

Does anyone use Dwellings Property Management to manage their property? Have you been paid this year? We have had successfully used them since 2018 and have not received a single disbursement all year. We are apparently not the only one! What is happening, can someone go by their office and see what is happening?

Does anyone have any ideas for petitioning the Seattle Police Dept to increase regular patrols in the worst crime areas of West Seattle. I live near Alki Beach, for example, and the noise, loud music, drag racing, partying, fighting and occasional gunfire is an every night, all night situation. We all wait patiently and hopefully for the police to come but they seldom do. Why is this? I know other areas of WS experience the same issues at night and weekends. Is anyoone interested in starting a petition that all of could sign, including and especially the owners of our rental homes and apartments who don’t seem to care what we have to put up with as long as they get their rent.

Taking a road trip to southern Utah. Fastest way is I90 to I82/Tri cities then I84. Or, a little longer south I5 to Portland then hit I84 along the Columbia. Is that a scenic route worth the google maps estimate of an extra 90 minutes?

I’m seeking a reliable, trustworthy person for six brief yard-care visits while I’m away. Each visit should take about 20 minutes; total compensation is $200.

The home is across from Admiral Metropolitan Market. Tasks will be straightforward and outlined in advance, such as watering/checking the yard and sending a quick photo update after each visit.

Please reply with your availability, relevant experience, and two local references. Thank you.

    Hello!

Trying to get rid of a unique cabinet that used to hold older televisions. I believe it’s solid wood, but it’s got a sort of plyboard back with a cutout for the back of a TV. It won’t hold a very big tv, but if you prefer a smaller one (probably no bigger than 32″) it can keep it tucked away or you can use it for anything else, of course!

It has a small sort of power strip on the inside with a couple of plugs, and a cord you can use to act as an extension cord. I don’t know if it has surge protection.

The bottom doors had their knobs broken off in the last move, but I still have the knobs (a little scratched) and it should be as easy as finding the right screw to put them back on (or replace them, whatever you like).

    Roughly:
    73″ high
38″ wide at widest part (top)
    22″ deep

If you are interested in this item, we would be willing to offer CURBSIDE delivery within West Seattle, potentially a little further, depending.

EDIT: The unit found a new home!
