JoB..There are no such thing as tours. A person could pretend to be homeless and go find out how the system works if they wanted to. It would be like working undercover. I’d call it Project Homeless. Expose the truth about the system and how it doesn’t work like it should. You have to play the part of an actual homless person who is looking for shelter.
