i am well acquainted with the term risk management as applied to engineering.. that is the question how many deaths are acceptable risk?
the problem with that assessment is those causing the problem.. unreasonable drivers.. don’t assume the same risk as those who become their targets.
It is not acceptable to kill a pedestrian a year.. or every two years.. or even every three or four or five years if installing crosswalks with lights or lowering the speed limit will save those lives.
The speed limit isn’t causing the increased accidents on Admiral…
