I switched from TMobile to Sprint last year because they had a great deal for my company.
Compared to TMobile, the coverage is a bit better and the customer service is definitely an improvement. I mention that so you know what my basis for comparison is.
There are a couple of dead spots in W.Seattle, like 47th Way SW & Fauntleroy and Admiral & 37th SW (the top of the Admiral Hill) but at least they’re consistent.
Unfortunately it’s also crummy in my back yard, whereas my wife’s Verizon signal is excellent. But since I’m a cheapskate and don’t like talking on the phone much anyway, I can live with that.
