that is the cuban medical system in Havana in action
it may get a little problematic when it comes to contagious illnesses.. they still have sanatoriums.. with wire fences…
and hospitals are not the norm outside the city…
but they do have preventative care clinics
Cubans have much better access to routine medical care than even those of us with insurance have here.
go figure…
