Joe the Plumber called me back within 20 minutes when I called him this morning at 6am for an emergency issue, which rocks. The City of Seattle was also quick to respond and the technician was happy to show me maps of sewer lines, etc to help me better understand what may be going on. Sadly, Joe had a booked day so he referred me to Raymark, who hasn’t called back yet, 2 hours after I left a message on their so-called emergency line.
However, Best Plumbing (on Stone Way) is FABULOUS! No word on cost yet, but the owner picked up the phone before office hours, gave me some “in the meantime” advice, and sent a guy out right away. They just called to let me know he’s en route and will be here shortly.
