It was a fabulous treat, wasn’t it? I’ve never seen them come so close to shore here before.
(Anyone who is on Facebook can “like” Orca Network there, and get real time sighting reports from them as they come in. Seeing a post there is usually how I know when to look for them. They also post a lot of great articles on the latest research about local whales and issues important to their survival–I’ve learned a lot!)
