It’s funny how a good customer service experience can really stick with you (maybe because there are so many bad ones these days?) We were out on Vashon last weekend at an Indian restaurant called Nirvana. A man came during our meal to apologize that our drinks were out late (they were replacing the coke syrup) and then he made a point to come out with the check and give us the most sincere thank you for coming to his restaurant.
A little thanks goes a long way.
