I have had a complaint about Jiggers’ most recent post and also in reviewing the thread I do want to remind you all that there is room for diverse viewpoints and different participants here. Criticize ideas/statements, not people. and joking about them openly can be construed as criticism. I may be bristly because I was an outsider all my life, always last to be chosen to be on someone’s team, etc., but it was reaffirmed to me during the conference I’m just back from that we still run this vastly more loosely than most online communities and I really want to keep it that way, but I also don’t want it to be a place where you don’t feel safe if you’re not part of the inner circle.
