So, as one might have predicted, SeaWorld has started a very public image rehabilitation marketing plan – starting with a response to CNN and Blackfish.
I read their responses to the softball questions and it was the predictable stuff – we’re educators! – the whales have it better in captivity! – you can imagine the rest…
Anyway, we should keep the pressure on and have as many rebuttals to their marketing blitz from marine biologists and other truly knowledgeable people as possible. SeaWorld claims their attendance is on record pace for 2013…
