Anyone but ADT. Their internal systems (accounting, organization, structure, false alarm issues, etc) are horrific. Personal knowledge and experience on this one. Brinks has been good for most of the folks I know. The little ones pretty much all roll up to the big ones anyway – meaning they contract with ADT or Brinks or someone to provide the back-end stuff.
