hi, mary. the answer depends on the size of the hole and what caused it.
if it was a hole that was bored for oil lines that are no longer needed, for example, you could tackle that yourself with the help of junction true value.
if it’s some sort of failure of the supporting soil and/or erosion of concrete from the movement of water, you’re looking at a different story altogether.
in other words, do you think the gaping hole is compromising the structural integrity of the wood frame construction above it?
and do you have a basement or a crawl space?
