Yes, I did! I also feel the $135 per month is reasonable. It’s still less than I was paying for the two sources. My installation was $75. Its all the added charges tacked on. I also told them I wanted to by my own modem and he said “I’ll get one for you”. Service man didn’t know anything about that. Comcast has the wireless setup in this building and it sucks even downstairs at the modem. I’ll most likely have to cut back my service when promo ends. It’s just ridiculous. We can’t have other cable service here either. I know complaining doesn’t help but sure makes me feel better.
