My chef name is Highbrow Hedonist. I have been hosting some events at a space in West Seattle, 5001 Delridge Way SW. I will be hosting a ticketed dinner on February 13th, called Madeline’s Feast, based upon the movie Babette’s Feast. The tickets will be $125 for a five-course meal, and $30 for an optional wine pairing to go with.
