This is our first community skate. We have some skates but prefer people to bring their own skates. It’s for adults over the age of 18 and it will be May 10th from 6 pm-9 pm @ $10 per person.
Community Skate
This skate is for EVERYONE! In collaboration with Rainier Roller Riot, we will host a community skate on Saturday, May 11th from 1 pm-3 pm. This event is free.
This is our first year sponsoring and partnering with The Stepped Off Collective in presenting Stomped: Skate Competition for youth and young adults. We are looking to give space to watch them cultivate and express, encourage their growth, and showcase the talent and athleticism of our local youth in a sport that we should all keep our eyes on. For them to have fun and create a newfound tradition in Delridge. Below are the highlights of what will be taking place.
SKATE PARK
The competition is opened to 50 participants showcasing various levels and skills while doing tricks, flips and jumps. We are partnering with and sponsoring this event which The Stepped Off Collective, which will produce donated prizes valued at a minimum of $500.
Vendor Tables
Varying vendors will table at the event. As this is the first event of this magnitude at Delridge CC, we are opting to waive vendor fees for 2024 only.
Food Trucks
Based on the length of the event, 2 food vendors will supply great food. As this is the first event of this magnitude at Delridge CC, we are opting to waive vendor fees for 2024 only.
