Our Presentation: How to Be a Climate Activist

Speaker:
Concerned about global warming? Turn your concern into effective action. Libby Carr, a longtime member of WSDW, will be our speaker. Libby is a climate activist and in the past was very involved in organizing and fundraising for the Statue of Liberty Plaza on Alki Beach. Her latest project is writing a children’s Christmas book, “How Do the Reindeer Fly” which will be ready for Christmas of 2022.
