Join us for a hyper-local Hands Off! non-violent demonstration on Saturday, April 19 from noon to 2:00 at the corner of 16th Ave. SW and Holden. The April 5 Hands Off! event was a successful beginning to what is envisioned as a series of protests as long as they are needed. West Seattle indivisible is organizing protests up on California Avenue for the 19th. We want to show that our community is engaged and part of the resistance. But more importantly, we need to come together and show our vulnerable neighbors that we stand up for justice and have their backs. Bring your friends and neighbors, your signs, your lawnchair, and whatever you need to be comfortable, rain or shine. Let’s show how strong our community is and that we’re not putting up with what the Trump/GOP regime is handing out.
