A slow and restorative yoga session to connect to ourselves, each other, and the community.

This class is donation-based if the organization speaks to you and donation is possible.
Donation not required.

We will be raising funds for White Center Food Bank’s Campaign, No Kid Hungry.

Please bring a mat if you have one.
Dragonfly does have some to borrow.
Bring water and wear comfortable clothing.

If this is your first time to Dragonfly, please arrive 5 -10 minutes early to sign a waiver and get settled in the space.
