There’s still time to join us THIS Thursday for the 2nd part in our Black History Month adult art class series!

In Thursday’s class, we will be exploring the theme of Mental Health, in observation of the National Black History Month 2022 theme of Black Health & Wellness with Seattle-based visual artist, Mujale Chisebuka. The theme for this class is The Masks We Wear, and will touch on our ‘masked’ experience through the pandemic, address mental health topics, and offer space for reflection on the masks we all wear.

Classes are FREE and being held online via Zoom at 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM. Use what you’ve got at home, and no special skills are required! (Artists will be using acrylic paint.) All adults are encouraged to join, no matter your experience level. Register today and a Zoom link will be sent to your email.
