Caregiver Classes
Adult Education – Support U: Fostering Caregiver Wellness Series

Do you care for, or simply worry about, an adult with a chronic condition or disability that needs support for living their best life? Whether that person is living with you, nearby or far away, is related to you or not – you are a caregiver. While you focus on the person for whom you care, the Support U adult education series will focus on you – the caregiver.

Support UTM: Fostering Caregiver Wellness, a program of Lutheran Community Services, partners with local congregations to make life better for seniors and their caregivers. Basic care-giving information and tips, presented in accessible classes, will help reduce the number of caregivers who suffer from burnout by trying to “do it all” alone.
