Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Retail Store Manager / Key Holder to help lead daily store operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is able to climb ladders.lift 40lbs, be on their feet, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
•Open and close the store, including cash handling and securing the premises
•Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns
•Assist with sales, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance
•Support hiring, training, and supervising staff (Manager role)
•Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
•Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
•Help drive sales and meet store goals

Qualifications:
•Previous retail experience required (management experience preferred for Manager role)
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Dependable and trustworthy with the ability to work independently
•Comfortable handling cash and operating POS systems
•Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
