Reported by Sebastian: A friend’s car was stolen this morning in the Pelly Place ravine area north of Lincoln Park. It’s an olive green 1994 right-hand-drive Toyota RAV4. We’re awaiting the license-plate and police-report numbers, but in the meantime, if you find it, call 911.
