Hello WSB – I’m a daily commuter across the west Seattle bridge and feed in from Delridge. Sometimes to avoid the high bridge traffic, I’ll take the low bridge. However lately the little flashing light sign that says ‘take high bridge’ hasn’t been active. So I’ll take the low bridge route and get stuck on a very long wait. Is there anyone to pass this info along to? I do love checking the traffic cams but is sometimes hard when driving :) thanks so much for helping to point me in the right direction to get this sign (and possibly others) working again!

Hi! SDOT is who you’d want to report that to and see if they have plans to fix it. You should be able to get a live person at 206-684-ROAD.

You can also report using the FindItFixIt app. Problems don’t get fixed if no one reports them.

Call the number WSB posted. I’ve done it many times and you do talk to a live person. As far as “find it fix it” it’s hit and miss as far as any resolution. Last time I used it nothing happened so finally called and the person finally tracked it down. It had been routed to the wrong department and was just sitting in their inbox. They never bothered to reroute to the correct department.

Sorry, comment time is over.
