Whether we do or don’t have some responsibility for outbreak of war, September 11th showed there are people who will attack the US by air. Some might say we deserve it due to our policies. I don’t necessarily agree. Regardless, I personally want highly skilled pilots who can defend us and practice in the air (including flyovers) keeps those skills sharp.
