WEST SEATTLE COYOTES: Double sighting

Reported by Sara: “I chased off a couple coyotes from 41st and Portland around 9:00 this evening. Both were skittish, thankfully! Another good reason to keep kitties inside.” Not sure what to do if you see one? Wondering what you can do to keep them at a distance? Read this. Sara:  Thank you for the information about and dealing with coyotes.  Haven’t seen one on my property lately just tracks on the Beach now and then.

It’s wild life who lived here before all the homes were built, learn to live with them. An extremely long time ago an eagle 🦅 flew off with our neighbor’s tiny dog.

Thanks for the neighborly info Sara, will be going to clean up my plums that have dropped from the tree to avoid attracting it/them.
