This morning while on my way to work came across a delivery driver who thought it was a good idea to park in the middle of the street with his truck and his hazzard lights on. This is a busy street mind you with traffic coming both ways, so when my light turned green and I got behind him and blew my horn as you do not get to park in the middle of the intersection. He had been pulled over into a no parking zone just prior to this so do not know why he did not just stay there as it was better than where he picked to put it in the middle of the street.
