This was found in the Holy Rosary playground. Hat with red folder that contains helicopter landing notes. Name on it is Mackey. Call Holy Rosary if it’s yours. 206-937-7255
That’s a 1st Lieutenant bar on the front. The “multicam” camo is what’s currently used, but that doesn’t appear to be an official uniform cap.
What type of helo is the checklist for? You can narrow it down quite a bit based on who operates them in the area

Didn’t they practice land at the nearby community center/park last Spring? It was to be prepared in the event that a large response was needed while the West Seattle Bridge is out. Maybe someone left these materials behind somehow?
