SW NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE CENTER & TLC CLOSURE: It’s the third week of the Southwest Pool maintenance closure and this week, Seattle Parks says, the Neighborhood Service Center and Teen Life Center in the same building will be closed too, along with child-care programs, to finish the work.
