You heard it here first last night, after SDOT’S Tracy Burrows gave the 34th District Democrats the scoop – and now her department has issued the official news release: The new 4th Avenue S. offramp from the eastbound Spokane Street Viaduct WILL open Monday, but not till AFTER the morning commute.
