Utility work temporarily blocking a few Junction parking spots

Brian at TouchTech Systems in The Junction pointed out this work under way today in the 4500 block of California SW and wondered if it’s related to future business changes in the empty storefront that used to be part of CAPERS and is expected to become home to a Wing Dome and TBA business. However, according to city permits, it’s just “side sewer” repair work.

    who cares! I am wondering if WSB is a trend or something to keep looking at?

      Actually, we received several questions about it, including Brian’s, so somebody cares. But certainly not everyone’s going to care about everything we report. Not sure what you mean regarding whether our site is a “trend” – a growing number of independent neighborhood-news sites across the country are following in our pixelsteps (and those of trailblazers who even preceded us, like Baristanet in NJ), if you mean that kind of “trend” – TR

    Who cares about the opinions of those that have nothing better to do than criticize the content of a website, when (assuming) the critic isn’t forced to continually visit the site?

    Especially when there are literally millions of other websites out there!
