The Times says Holy Family on Roxbury is one of the first area Catholic churches to take on the Latin Mass that the Pope now says is OK again.

    Thanks be to God for this Holy Father, Pope Benedict, and his longer term view for reform of the Liturgy. His view has been described as a “Marshall Plan” for the Mass and the Church globally in the coming years.

    The Mass at Holy Family Friday night was beautiful and most reverent in every way. Amazing number of younger adults and young families in attendance. They are the future of the Church.

    The Article by Janet Tu was fair and mostly on target. She did well for herself in capturing a local angle on global news as it relates to the Church. Friday the 14th was THE first day of the de-restricted rite and Janet’s capture of that event was timely. Good one!
