Remember the exotically named, misleadingly marketed Verge Condos on Harbor? Six months to the day after we muttered about the peculiarities of their website, seems at least a few remain available, since today a soggy sign-waver was stationed nearby:

I went to see them a few months ago. Had no intention of buying, but wanted to window shop. The model they showed was an unremarkable apartment – nice, but nothing to write home about. The “water view” was a view of the giant pile of dirt near Harbor Island, and the cranes they load crates with. And there are no amenities (pool, gym, etc.) except for the fact that we were allowed to go up on the roof for the view. When he told me the apartment was going for $370, I almost choked.
