LOST: Orfos White Flare Magnetic Bike Light

I had a bike crash around 2:30 PM Sunday, November 20th in the left turn lane at the north end of Lincoln Park heading toward Beach Drive. My head hit the ground and my helmet cracked. In the process I think I may have lost my magnetic helmet headlight. When I got home it was nowhere to be found. I went back and searched the intersection of Fauntleroy/47th/Webster but did not find it. If someone witnessed the accident and found the headlight I would love to get it back. I would also like to know what happened, was I on the ground for very long, as I lost some of my memory from the concussion. The headlight looks like this.
