Road Rage

    The PI reported on a road rage incident near the SPD SW Precinct involving a hand gun and possibly a child:

    I know it\'s hard to do in the emotion of the moment but people should try to get into the habit of writing down license plate numbers. I always have my cell with me. I send myself text messages with important info.
